Role Purpose

Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations by managing order preparation, inventory accuracy, and operational issue resolution to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate warehouse picking, order preparation, and outbound processing based on system work orders.
• Update order and work-order status in the system in a timely manner.
• Support inventory counts and daily warehouse management activities.

Quality Assurance & Verification

• Verify SKUs, product quantities, and order details to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on stock shortages, incorrect items, damaged goods, and other operational issues.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with the warehouse team and escalate operational issues to the supervisor when required.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
