Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests at Mercury Lounge, ensuring memorable experiences through attentive order-taking, menu expertise, and sales promotion while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism expected in a luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Offer personalized service to high-end clientele.
- Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Product Knowledge & Sales
- Stay informed about the lounge's menu, drinks, and specials.
- Promote premium beverages and food items to maximize sales.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
Facility Management
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and ensure tables are set appropriately for guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury establishments within F&B department.
- Fluent in English with clear verbal skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to provide personalized service to high-end clientele.
- Familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.
