Role Purpose
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality service and dining experiences to restaurant guests. You will expertly serve beverages and meals, anticipate guest needs, demonstrate expertise in menu options, and deliver memorable guest experiences through professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer menu suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Operations
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in luxury resort and hotel service considered an asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Outgoing personality and can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
