Role Purpose

The Food & Beverage Server delivers memorable guest experiences by providing expertly served dining and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness throughout each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer menu suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Deliver expertly served beverage or dining experiences as an expert on menu options.

Operations

• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
• Background in luxury resort and hotel operations is considered an asset.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is required; Arabic is an asset.

Skills & Competencies

• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Outgoing personality and can-do approach to assigned tasks.
