Role Purpose
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to restaurant guests by delivering expertly served beverages and dining experiences, anticipating guest needs, serving as a menu expert, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Deliver expertly served beverage or dining experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Operations
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
- Work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in luxury resort and hotel considered an asset.
- Experience in luxury resort and hotel is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Outgoing personality and can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language required; Arabic is an asset.
