Role Purpose

Operate and maintain web printing equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality print output while ensuring equipment reliability and optimal ink-water balance throughout production cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Equipment Care

• Perform scheduled maintenance according to established guidelines.
• Execute periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and mechanical inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Escalate abnormalities or recurring faults to the technical team for resolution.

Production Quality & Control

• Continuously monitor and fine-tune ink and dampening systems to maintain ideal ink-water balance.
• Prevent issues such as scumming, toning, or emulsification.
• Ensure consistent print clarity, sharpness, and color fidelity throughout the production cycle.
