Role Purpose
Deliver brand new cloud-based solutions and outcomes for sophisticated customers by designing, developing, and deploying large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations while working collaboratively with project teams and customer partners.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Own the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.
- Lead deployment strategies during project development as defined by the architectural layer, including Source Code Management and Deployment Standards.
- Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and fix implementational issues.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate and act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, serving as a technical reference to the entire implementation team.
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment while following Professional Services Methodology.
- Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Solid expertise in development on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Javascript, Front-end design (HTML and CSS).
- Experience in Programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) Salesforce development.
- Experience in Salesforce deployment practices and strategies.
- Experience delivering projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud technology.
- Experience with GitHub and branches manipulation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce App Builder Certification.
- Proficient Spanish speaker and Intermediate English speaker.
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Javascript Developer Certification.
- Salesforce Omni Studio Consultant certification.
