Key Responsibilities

Structural Inspection & Quality Control

• Conduct comprehensive structural inspections and quality control assessments throughout construction phases to ensure compliance with approved designs and local building codes.

Technical Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Analyze structural performance data and field conditions, providing technical recommendations and solutions to address design or construction challenges.

Operations & Decision-Making

• Oversee structural engineering operations on-site, making critical decisions that impact project success and safety outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project management teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience as a structural engineer with proven expertise in on-site construction oversight and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and local UAE construction regulations.
• Professional engineering qualification.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in fast-paced construction environments.
