Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge as a senior member of the store team, ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding Babyshop's commitment to quality, child safety, and personalized parenting support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement
- Deliver personalized advice and solutions through the "My Baby Expert" service to customers with parenting, product, or brand-related concerns.
- Support customers in finding the best solutions tailored to their family's needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
Product Knowledge & Safety
- Maintain expertise in Babyshop's comprehensive product range across baby and kids' clothing, baby essentials, nursery items, strollers, car seats, and toys.
- Support the company's meticulous commitment to ensuring all products meet the highest safety standards.
- Communicate product quality and sourcing standards, including the use of high-quality materials such as chemical-free cotton.
