Senior Store Associate - City Centre - Muscat, Home Centre at Landmark.

Role Purpose
Deliver a complete shopping experience for customers through exceptional customer service, comprehensive product knowledge, and maintaining an inviting shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge
- Provide accurate information about all products.
- Educate yourself about the culture and history of the brand.
Customer Service
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the store.
- Direct customers throughout the store or to specific areas.
- Satisfy customer needs, requests, and queries.
- Increase the customer base by adding more customers to the store.
- Understand the return policy.
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with colleagues.
- Apply all customer service standards as advised during training.
Operations
- Report to work on time or notify in advance if absent or late.
- Operate the cash tills correctly.
- Understand how to use and utilize reports.
- Use correct procedures and basics in ordering and transferring goods.
- Practice proactive safety consciousness at all times.
- Practice security measures that help prevent theft.
- Understand the lost and found procedures policy.
Housekeeping
- Keep and maintain the section clean and neat.
- Keep and maintain the back store in proper condition.
- Clean and maintain a well-organized break area each day.
- Remove dust and other dirt from display areas using a soft brush.
Inventory
- Check stock on a daily basis to ensure all products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
- Keep featured merchandise prominently displayed.
- Maintain store image by adhering to guidelines as outlined by the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
