Role Overview
Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central at Qiddiya Investment Company.
Role Purpose
Provide expert support and solutions for SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and integrations, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions while managing large-scale SAP HCM projects in the Saudi Arabian context.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Delivery
- Support the design and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds for cases without standard solutions.
- Handle large-scale projects involving single or multiple products and complex environments.
Integration & Technical Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Employee Central and its integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations professionally.
- Demonstrate very good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Project Execution
- Work under pressure with minimum support.
- Learn independently and develop quickly in response to new challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of integration points with Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and workarounds for non-standard scenarios.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Communication in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Self-learning and rapid professional development.
