Role Overview
Senior Specialist, Product Management β Operational Intelligence Commercialisation at Mastercard. This role supports the commercialisation and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products across one of the five global regions.

Role Purpose
This Senior Specialist role drives product adoption, identifies customer pain points, supports sales enablement, and contributes to commercialization strategies. The individual works closely with regional Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) teams and the Global Product Management team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Commercialisation & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with A&CS teams to support product commercialisation efforts and drive customer engagement.
- Develop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversations.
- Monitor product adoption and usage metrics and support initiatives to improve customer engagement.
- Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support commercialisation goals.
Market & Opportunity Analysis
- Assist in identifying short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Understand competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Contribute to the creation of region-specific commercial constructs and go-to-market strategies.
Pricing & Value Quantification
- Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customers.
Partnerships & Go-to-Market
- Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market efforts.
- Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials.
Performance & Strategy
- Assist in developing KPIs and tools to track commercialisation success.
- Support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Consulting experience with a focus on go-to-market, pricing and commercialisation in technology or data-driven solutions.
- Experience in payments or financial services is preferred.
- Prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialisation is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales efforts.
- Exposure to API and AI-based product commercialisation is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
