Role Overview

Senior Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine Experienced) at RISE Enterprise. This is a senior leadership position managing kitchen operations across multiple sections or outlets.

Role Purpose

Lead kitchen operations across multiple sections or outlets in partnership with the Executive Chef. Oversee other Sous Chefs and kitchen staff, maintain consistent quality and safety standards, and drive strategic kitchen management across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations & Leadership

• Lead kitchen operations across multiple sections or outlets working closely with the Executive Chef.
• Supervise and support Sous Chefs, Junior Sous Chefs, and all kitchen staff kitchen-wide.
• Manage multiple sections or outlets simultaneously.

Quality & Standards

• Set and maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across outlets.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations across all kitchens.

Financial & Resource Management

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, stock management, and supplier coordination.

Menu & Product Development

• Lead menu development, seasonal updates, and new dish approval with the Executive Chef.

Team Development

• Support recruitment, training programs, and performance management for the wider kitchen team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Culinary diploma or degree required.
• At least 10 to 12 years of kitchen experience.
• Several years working as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior role.
• Kitchen management or hospitality management training is a strong plus.
