Senior Software Project Manager

Role Overview

Senior Software Project Manager at BlackStone eIT. The role leads end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.

Role Purpose

Lead full software development lifecycle from initiation through deployment and support, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scope Management

• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans
• Lead full software development lifecycle from initiation to deployment and support

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage cross-functional teams including Development, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues and dependencies

Agile & Process Execution

• Drive Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPIs, status reporting, and governance

Qualifications & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience managing software development projects
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven track record with web/mobile applications, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• PMP or CSM certification (preferred)
• Experience in healthcare or enterprise systems (preferred)

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and QA processes
