Role Overview

Senior Site Project Manager (Abu Dhabi Projects) at Khatib & Alami, based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead site operations and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and execution plans aligned with contractual requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain transparent communication with all project stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.

Quality & Safety Management

• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with contractual specifications and standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
• Implement corrective actions to address non-conformances and safety concerns.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, and contractual claims to clients and consultants.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and site reports.
• Track and report project performance metrics and KPIs.

Team Leadership

• Supervise site teams and coordinate daily operations to support project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in site project management on major construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Experience with complex construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
