Role Overview

Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer at BlackStone eIT. The role participates in the implementation of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by developing, maintaining, and modernizing SharePoint-based solutions, business applications, and workflow automation using Microsoft SharePoint, .NET, and Power Platform technologies.

Role Purpose

Support application modernization and enterprise integrations while collaborating closely with the implementation vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Development

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications and portals.
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and Microsoft services.

.NET & Backend Development

• Develop backend components, APIs, and business services using .NET technologies.
• Develop reusable components and custom web parts.

Workflow & Automation

• Build workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Develop Power Apps to support business requirements where applicable.

System & Performance

• Participate in system analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with development standards, security requirements, and software engineering best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint and .NET application development.
• Experience in enterprise or government digital transformation projects is preferred.
