Senior Sales Engineer – KSA at Zscaler. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager in the Solutions Consulting team, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

As part of Zscaler's global Sales and Go-to-Market team, you will drive secure, cloud-enabled digital transformation by demonstrating the power and agility of the Zscaler cloud security platform to enterprise clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical requirements into high-impact recommendations that propel customers' security strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrations & Requirements Gathering

• Present the Zscaler cloud security platform to existing and prospective customers
• Create and deliver demonstrations while gathering customer technical requirements

Strategic Advisory

• Set the vision and translate customer goals into enticing and relevant recommendations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while aiding their transformational journey

Sales Collaboration

• Work with sales to identify, qualify, and scope opportunities
• Build account and territory plans
• Deliver proof of concept engagements
• Sell to customers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Presales Sales Engineer or systems integrator in Saudi Arabia
• Knowledge of enterprise network or cloud security technologies
• Native Arabic speaker with experience leading large technical engagements with multiple stakeholders including C-level executives
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
