Role Overview

Senior Sales Consultant (full-time, German-speaking) at NWM Consulting FMR LLC. Located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Drive direct customer acquisition and revenue through structured, process-driven sales execution. You will own the full sales cycle from prospect identification through close, maintain disciplined adherence to proven sales methodologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes. Results and measurable outcomes are the priority.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Lead targeted outreach to prospective customers using structured approaches.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify customer requirements and fit.
• Guide prospects through the clearly defined sales process from start to finish.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain stable, well-documented customer relationships with traceable follow-up steps.
• Deliver consistent customer care following established procedures and fixed workflows.
• Document all interactions and ensure no step in the customer journey is skipped.

Sales Process Execution

• Implement and maintain sales standards across all client interactions.
• Work with KPIs to track performance and ensure accountability.
• Conduct structured sales conversations using proven sales guides and frameworks.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales team with clear handoffs and shared responsibility.
• Operate within fixed team structures and clearly defined areas of accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in direct customer acquisition and sales execution.
• Experience working with structured sales processes and sales methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and close rates.
