Role Purpose

Ensure all aspects of infrastructure projects adhere to the highest quality standards. Develop and execute quality assurance plans, perform audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Strategy & Systems

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate expertise in quality management systems and relevant international standards such as ISO 9001.
• Stay abreast of latest quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices.

Audits & Compliance

• Conduct systematic audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze data to identify quality trends and drive improvement efforts.

Problem Resolution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement solutions.
• Influence and lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance metrics for management review.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and train junior quality team members, fostering a culture of learning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Strong background in construction or project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and relevant international standards such as ISO 9001.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
