Role Overview

Senior Product Designer Web & Mobile at Salla, a leading Information Technology and Services company.

Role Purpose

Lead the design of innovative products across web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & UX/UI

• Design digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and operator platforms.
• Lead the design of new product features with an emphasis on user-centered design principles.
• Develop detailed design specifications and design documentation to support product development.
• Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms by developing and maintaining design systems.

User Research & Validation

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and test design solutions to ensure user satisfaction.
• Identify customer insights through user research and discovery activities.
• Develop design strategies that address customer and business problems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and requirements into effective design solutions.
• Present design work and regularly engage with partners for feedback.

Leadership & Culture

• Drive design thinking and design culture throughout the organization, including mentoring junior designers on the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging design patterns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with an emphasis on UX/UI design.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to execution.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
