Role Purpose

Lead design efforts across the product portfolio, guiding the complete design process from concept to launch. Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet client and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the design efforts of products, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and users.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and research.

User Research & Insights

• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
• Experience conducting usability testing.

Design Process & Execution

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Create visual designs that are engaging, intuitive, and consistent with clients' brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong portfolio that showcases design process and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills.
