Senior Planning Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Planning Engineer at HanmiGlobal Saudi, based in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules and timelines while coordinating across engineering, construction, and project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure schedule feasibility.

Contractor & Progress Management

• Review contractor schedules, evaluate progress claims, and provide analytical reports.

Risk & Performance Monitoring

• Identify potential delays, risks, and deviations while proposing corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with PMC methodologies, performance standards, and project governance.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Coordination

• Support overall project coordination and contribute to achieving on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong background in PMC environments, construction supervision, and project management.
• Proven experience working on high-rise building projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in industry-standard planning tools, including Primavera P6.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
