Senior Medical Representative at Abbott, based in the UAE office in the Established Pharmaceutical division.

Role Purpose
Drive consistent sales growth and achievement of targets for the assigned regions while collaborating with team members to identify opportunities, improve performance, and grow new business while maintaining existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate and present Abbott Established Pharmaceutical division products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
- Provide consistent market feedback.
Territory & Performance Management
- Own an assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.
- Plan and schedule weekly and monthly timetables for day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
- Achieve sales targets consistently.
- Identify opportunities and gain new business while maintaining existing business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational qualification in pharmaceutical or medical science.
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE market.
- Primary care therapeutic segment experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
