Role Overview

Senior Manager - Planning (MAS370) at Qiddiya Investment Company.

Role Purpose

Lead strategic planning initiatives across multiple districts by providing expert urban, town, and regional planning advice. Coordinate with project teams to advance design and development while maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Policy

• Provide strategic planning advice for urban, town, and regional development across multiple districts.
• Research and design planning policies to guide development.

Project Coordination & Development

• Coordinate with project leads and teams to support design evolution and project development.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the planning process.

Monitoring & Problem Resolution

• Monitor the progress of approval processes and resolve delays or issues.

Record Management

• Maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning (mandatory).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning.
• Partnerships development and activation planning experience.
