Role Purpose

To lead end-to-end residential development processes, oversee project teams, manage feasibility studies and land acquisition, and ensure successful delivery of residential projects that meet quality standards, sustainability principles, and stakeholder expectations while aligning with Qiddiya's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end development process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Qiddiya.
• Supervise project teams while collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure developments meet current demands and future expectations.

Planning & Feasibility

• Actively engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning efforts.

Budget & Risk Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Regulatory Management

• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and compliance with regulations.

Reporting & Communication

• Deliver project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing challenges as they arise.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in residential development management.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful residential projects, with a comprehensive understanding of all development phases.
• Strong background in real estate markets within the Middle East region.
