Senior HSE Manager with JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia. JASARA is a joint venture between PIF, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, delivering social infrastructure programs in support of Vision 2030.

Role Purpose
Provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental performance across major infrastructure programs. Build a strong safety culture, support compliant project delivery, and partner with teams and contractors to manage risk effectively across a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Compliance
- Lead HSE strategy and compliance across large-scale infrastructure program delivery.
Risk Management
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for construction activities.
Incident Management
- Oversee incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Contractor Oversight
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and ensure adherence to project standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing contractor compliance, conducting HSE audits, and leading incident investigations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Experience leading HSE discussions with project directors, client representatives, government authorities, and senior contractor leadership.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional proficiency in English.
Additional Information
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent professional HSE certification is preferred.
