Role Overview
Senior H&S Manager (Day) (Assurance Resource) at JASARA PMC. This is a day-shift, assurance-focused health and safety leadership role supporting active construction environments.

Role Purpose
Provide senior health and safety leadership across active construction environments, strengthen assurance practices, and promote a consistent culture of safe delivery. Work closely with project and site leadership to influence standards across multiple stakeholders and contribute to the safe execution of major projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assurance & Compliance
- Lead daily health and safety assurance activities across active project sites.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with H&S standards.
Risk & Control Management
- Coordinate with project teams to implement risk controls and safe work practices.
Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare reports and communicate safety findings to senior stakeholders, including project directors, client representatives, and site leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of health and safety management experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Experience leading health and safety work across major infrastructure, buildings, or multi-site construction programs.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety assurance, including health and safety audits and inspections.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction safety requirements, ISO 45001, and major contractor HSE standards.
- Experience with incident investigations is a plus.
- A relevant health and safety certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent credential is a plus.
