Role Overview

Senior HR Manager at Burjline Builders. This role oversees multiple HR teams, functions, or projects and contributes to the development and implementation of departmental strategy.

Role Purpose

Lead and manage complex HR operations across multiple functions and teams, driving organizational alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in support of business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement HR plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategy.

Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead multiple HR functions, teams, or major initiatives.
• Manage resources and departmental priorities.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Advisory & Governance

• Advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters.
• Monitor performance, governance, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 16+ years' experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory, or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance, and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
