Role Overview

Senior HR Advisor at Burjline Builders. This is a strategic advisory role requiring 18+ years of HR and business experience to guide senior leadership on complex organizational matters.

Role Purpose

Provide expert guidance on complex strategic, operational and organizational matters, leveraging extensive HR and business experience to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

• Advise senior leadership on complex HR and organizational matters.
• Develop strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Provide expert input into major organizational initiatives.

Organizational Development

• Support workforce planning and organizational transformation.
• Review HR frameworks, policies and governance.

Stakeholder Management & Mentoring

• Mentor and guide HR professionals and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18+ years of experience appropriate to the grade applied for.
• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience working within large and complex organizations.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Qatar/GCC experience is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic language capability is advantageous.
