Role Purpose

To develop and maintain high-quality frontend solutions using modern web technologies, delivering responsive and adaptive user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement solutions using HTML, CSS, and Javascript with ReactJS as your primary environment.
• Conceive and build responsive and adaptive solutions for website applications.
• Transform existing designs into HTML/CSS with responsiveness and pixel-perfect accuracy.

Collaboration & Team Engagement

• Work on an Agile team to develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications.
• Collaborate with team members on product backlog grooming, sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective.
• Work with product team and stakeholders to understand and communicate progress.

Standards & Best Practices

• Update, maintain, and adhere to pattern libraries, style guides, and site documentation.
• Be an active contributor to front-end development best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ES6 Javascript.
• Experience with ReactJS, including hooks and functional components (not class components).
• Experience with HTML Accessibility.

Skills & Competencies

• Bootstrap or Tailwind (proficiency in both is a bonus).
• NextJS (bonus).
• TypeScript (bonus).
