Role Purpose

Analyze financial performance, develop models and dashboards, and prepare management reporting to support informed business decisions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze financial performance, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances.
• Analyze revenue, costs, gross margin, and operational performance.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Financial Modeling & Systems

• Develop financial models and dashboards.
• Improve and automate financial reporting using advanced Excel tools.
• Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.

Compliance & Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with IFRS.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
