Senior F&B Ambassador at Pepe Cucina - F&B, Emaar.

Role Purpose

Ensure exceptional dining experiences by representing the brand throughout the guest journey and delivering flawless service. Delight each guest from welcome through farewell, turning them into loyal advocates for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations at every touchpoint.
• Prevent complaints through proactive service excellence and prevent service failures before they occur.
• Ensure adequate service recovery where needed to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Go the extra mile to create memorable dining moments.

Operations & Service Standards

• Conduct all operational tasks in F&B service while adhering to service standards and procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Communicate proactively with fellow Ambassadors, always prioritizing the guest's interests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• High school diploma minimum required; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English.
• Additional languages are an asset.
