Role Overview
Senior Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Jumeirah The Red Sea, a luxury hospitality property within the Jumeirah Group portfolio.

Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive high-level administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless calendar and meeting management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the General Manager's calendar and schedule optimization.
- Coordinate meetings and prioritize tasks to maximize the General Manager's time.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Take accurate meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks.
Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and screen incoming communications, emails, and calls.
- Interact with government entities, clients, and high-profile partners with confidence and professionalism.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
Travel & Logistics
- Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Ensure efficiency and alignment with the General Manager's schedule.
Confidentiality
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience of 5β7 years as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Experience ideally within luxury hospitality or similar fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate operations and executive support.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior leadership, corporate departments, and external partners.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
