Key Responsibilities

Planning & Design

• Lead planning and design phases of road and infrastructure projects from conception through implementation
• Conduct comprehensive site analysis, traffic studies, and feasibility assessments to inform project planning decisions
• Develop detailed technical specifications, design standards, and project documentation using industry-leading software and tools

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all projects meet rigorous quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance to junior engineering staff
• Mentor junior engineers to support their professional development

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior-level engineering experience in road and infrastructure planning and design
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring engineering teams
