Key Responsibilities

Development and Maintenance

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications according to business requirements.
• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, databases, and user interfaces.
• Participate in technical design, system enhancements, and application development activities.

Quality and Optimization

• Resolve application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Ensure software complies with security, coding, and quality standards.

Collaboration and Support

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support production releases and post-deployment activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices.
• Keep current with modern development technologies and recommend practical enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in backend or frontend development, with good understanding of full-stack technologies.
• Strong experience in API development, databases, and system integration.
• Experience with unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting production releases and resolving critical application issues.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is preferred.
