Role Purpose

Lead architectural design efforts across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects. Oversee the architectural team to ensure design concepts are innovative, functional, and aligned with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead and manage the architectural design process from initial concept through to project completion.
• Review and refine architectural plans and drawings to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the architectural team.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to develop cohesive design solutions.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and gather feedback during the design phase.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed architectural projects.
• Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent licensure is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as LEED, AIA, or a comparable professional architecture credential are a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.

Additional Information

• Annual salary: 550,000–600,000 AED per year.
