Role Overview
Senior Coordinator - Transport and Distribution at Red Sea Global, located in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Transport & Distribution Department through data management, analysis, and logistics coordination.

The subsidiary delivers end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement support, transportation coordination, inventory and warehouse management, and last-mile logistics to remote destinations across the Red Sea coast and beyond, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
Role Purpose
To gather, cleanse, sort, and aggregate data from various sources to support the Transport & Distribution Department. Consult on business information and decision-making needs, design and plan data management, coordinate logistics operations, and generate output reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Vendor Coordination
- Work with shipping companies to ensure that shipments arrive on time and in good condition.
- Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles in order to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients.
- Review shipping costs to determine the most cost effective method of transporting goods.
Inventory & Distribution Management
- Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in order to identify overstocks or shortages.
- Develop new methods for storing or transporting goods that can help reduce costs or increase efficiency.
Order & Quality Assurance
- Review orders to make sure they have been filled correctly and that all necessary information is included.
Cross-departmental Support
- Support other departments within the company by providing them with logistical support during events such as trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Data Management related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred).
