Role Purpose

Lead construction execution and on-site manpower management to deliver planned progress on Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Manpower Management

• Lead all indirect and direct manpower on site.
• Deliver planned progress according to project schedule and requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 25 years or more experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager in Oil & Gas Projects.
• At least 5 years' experience working as a Senior Construction Manager in Middle East countries.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Leadership quality to manage and direct on-site teams.
