To lead BIM implementation and management throughout construction, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements while maintaining digital coordination across all project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Implementation and Coordination

• Lead BIM implementation and management throughout construction, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements
• Manage, review, and coordinate federated BIM models across all disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, and others)
• Resolve clashes and coordinate design conflicts using BIM tools and workflows

Digital Workflows and Information Management

• Develop and maintain digital workflows, protocols, and information management systems to support project delivery

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Resident Engineer, design consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure BIM effectiveness and inform decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management on large-scale construction projects

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software and tools (Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
