To develop comprehensive architectural design concepts and master plans, oversee implementation from concept through completion, and ensure designs meet regulatory compliance and sustainability standards across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Develop comprehensive architectural design concepts and master plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects using industry-standard design software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms.
• Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project strategy.

Project Delivery

• Oversee architectural implementation from concept through completion, ensuring designs meet regulatory compliance and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects that balance innovation with practical functionality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect or equivalent senior design role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software and BIM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
