Role Purpose

Perform structural design and analysis for diverse construction projects while ensuring structures are safe, efficient, and durable. Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results and mentor junior engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Analysis

• Conduct thorough structural analysis and design for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to support project execution.

Collaboration and Integration

• Collaborate closely with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and provide constructive feedback on designs developed by junior engineers.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure adherence to local and international building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Site and Project Management

• Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to address engineering challenges during construction.

Development and Innovation

• Lead mentoring of junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Professional Engineering license or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience leading projects and providing guidance to junior engineers is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, including ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.
