Role Purpose

To supervise security operations at Jumeirah The Red Sea, ensuring effective team coordination, incident response, access control oversight, and maintenance of security protocols to protect guests, staff, and assets while promoting a culture of safety and vigilance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring coverage of all critical areas.
• Provide feedback and conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service standards.
• Assist in training new security officers on standard operating procedures and emergency protocols.

Access Control & Monitoring

• Monitor access control points and verify identification procedures.
• Ensure compliance with access control protocols.
• Observe team performance and security activities.

Incident Response & Documentation

• Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit purposes.

Operations & Equipment

• Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and report deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Duty Manager in implementing security plans for events and VIP movements.

Stakeholder Management

• Work with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and maintain smooth operations.
• Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among team members through regular briefings and awareness programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher secondary education.
• 2–4 years in security operations, ideally with team coordination experience.
• Previous experience in supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
• Practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, emergency procedures, and security operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
