Role Purpose

To maintain security and safety across the property through visible presence, monitoring systems, access control, emergency response, and risk management support, ensuring compliance with protocols and guest protection.

Key Responsibilities

Patrols & Presence

• Conduct regular foot patrols to maintain a visible security presence.

Monitoring & Surveillance

• Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual or suspicious activities.

Access Control

• Control access to designated areas, ensuring compliance with identification and verification protocols.
• Assist in key distribution and maintain accountability for key management.

Emergency Response

• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, following company procedures and liaising with emergency services when required.

Safety Support

• Provide support in fire, life, and safety matters, escalating concerns to the appropriate team leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a security or service-oriented role.
• Higher secondary education as a minimum qualification.

Skills & Competencies

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office at Intermediate level.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
