Role Purpose

Safeguard the physical well-being of the property, its employees, and guests through comprehensive security management, emergency response coordination, and adherence to occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Carry out formal searches on employees, locker rooms, and workplaces as directed by hotel management.
• Advise management on all security matters and best practices.

Emergency Management

• Organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of an emergency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certification in Security and Safety Management.
• Five years of operating experience in a hotel Security department, including handling various emergencies and security-related issues.
• Experience managing firefighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and smoke detectors.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety.
