Role Purpose
Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property through active participation in day-to-day security operations and patrol of specified areas of the resort.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Actively participate in day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.
- Patrol the specified areas of the resort and deal with situations in a confident manner.
Training & Emergency Response
- Assist in training related to resort emergency procedures when needed.
External Coordination
- Work with local law enforcement when needed.
- Work with the local Civil Defense (Fire) Department when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in 5-star luxury hotels and resorts.
- Hold Sira Security Guard License.
