Role Purpose

Lead the design and development of end-to-end SAP solutions, with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA. Provide strategic and technical direction across the SAP landscape, support complex proposals and transformation initiatives, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value through effective architecture, modern technologies, automation, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Architecture

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solutions across different business functions and industry requirements.
• Define scalable and integrated solution architectures with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical solution designs.
• Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer objectives, architecture standards, and delivery requirements.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across the SAP technology and application landscape.

Solution Design & Commercial Support

• Develop complete solution approaches covering technical architecture, implementation strategy, cost models, and staffing requirements.
• Lead solution development for complex proposals, tenders, and competitive bids.
• Communicate clearly the proposed solution, business value, differentiators, and expected outcomes.
• Support critical solution decisions by presenting options, risks, assumptions, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and deliverable.

Project Mobilization & Delivery Alignment

• Support the transition of approved solutions from design through mobilization, implementation, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure the approved architecture is clearly understood and correctly implemented.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Review solution implementation and address design gaps, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Ensure delivery quality and alignment with the agreed solution approach.

Stakeholder Advisory & Collaboration

• Engage with business, technical, commercial, and delivery stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP solution architecture and transformation decisions.
• Facilitate solution workshops and support stakeholder alignment on major architectural decisions.
• Use influencing and advisory skills to contribute to complex decision-making.
• Communicate technical concepts and solution value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Evaluate emerging technologies, automation capabilities, modern tools, and AI applications within SAP solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve solution quality, delivery effectiveness, and business value through innovation.
• Promote the use of modern SAP architecture practices and reusable solution approaches.
• Provide thought leadership within the SAP community and broader technology environment.
• Contribute to the development of differentiated and competitive SAP solutions.

Delivery & Performance

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide periodic reports detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

• Solve related problems and escalate any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or any relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience.
