Role Overview
Sales Support - VAS at Bayut | dubizzle, based in the UAE. You will handle Value-Added Services (VAS) operations, including KPI reporting, vendor coordination, and telesales across the Dubizzle Group's multi-product portfolio.

Role Purpose
Manage daily VAS KPI monitoring and reporting, coordinate with B2B vendors on invoicing, and deliver telesales support for multi-product and service offerings. You will ensure accurate financial tracking, vendor payment follow-up, and responsive customer service while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Monitoring
- Monitor VAS KPI reports on a daily basis
- Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads
- Record details of Non-Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken
Vendor & Financial Coordination
- Coordinate invoices with B2B vendors
- Follow up and track payments from partner banks
Customer Service
- Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide accurate answers and responses
- Handle telesales for VAS products and services
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of secondary education
- Automotive, banking, or sales support experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with the automotive industry
- Past experience using CRM software
