Role Overview

Sales Representative Retail - C with Tamer Group. The role is based in retail outlet management and sales execution across multiple locations.

Role Purpose

Identify selling opportunities and achieve sales targets and profitability by implementing sales fundamentals across different accounts and outlets, while actively evaluating customer needs and establishing superior in-store presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve sales collection and target by customer and by product line as per monthly and annual targets.
• Identify selling opportunities and drive profitability across accounts and outlets.

Retail Execution

• Visit all outlets on a daily basis as per scheduled plans.
• Ensure implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing and displays.
• Ensure the availability of all range of SKUs as per the Retail Performance Standard (RPS) to establish superior in-store presence.

Account & Customer Management

• Sign new opening account files for all customers and finalize them.
• Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer trade contracts.
• Actively evaluate customer needs.

Reporting & Compliance

• Provide reports on competition activities, initiatives and launches.
• Provide adequate reports of stock expiries and damages.

Additional Information

The role requires daily travel to multiple outlet locations as per scheduled plans.
