Role Overview
Sales Manager, Leisure at Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, located in Dubai. Reports to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing.

Role Purpose
Drive and manage leisure business for Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Apartments with a strong focus on revenue generation, market development, and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Develop and manage key relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue and room-night targets.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and regular account reviews.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, account records, forecasts, and performance updates.
Business Development
- Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities across key source markets.
- Lead contracting, rate negotiations, tactical promotions, and seasonal offers in line with commercial strategy.
Market & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Stakeholder & Event Management
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to optimize business opportunities and hotel performance.
- Support the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in executing the hotel's overall leisure sales strategy.
