Support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, coordinating vehicle rentals, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth execution of rental bookings and related sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination

• Coordinate with customers regarding rental enquiries, bookings, quotations, and vehicle availability.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance throughout the rental process.
• Follow up with customers and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Documentation & Administration

• Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, bookings, and customer information.

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and fleet teams to ensure timely vehicle allocation and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, car rental, automotive, or a customer service environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Additional Information

• UAE driving license is preferred.
